THE HUGE ARMY OF DWARFS — 28 mm

The United Dwarven Confederation

At the heart of a world shaped by stone, metal and centuries of conflict, the Dwarven people grew around great families, each with its own history, traditions and way of waging war.

Blacksmiths, builders, mountaineers, sailors, farmers, forest warriors and dragon riders: their differences have long been the source of both their strength and their divisions.

From this turbulent history arose the United Dwarven Confederation.

To this day, every Dwarf belongs to a family and carries its legacy. But when the realm is threatened, their armies can fight beneath a single banner.

The Huge Army of Dwarfs tells their story through a range of 28 mm miniatures and vehicles, but also through a Lore in which every family, character and unit has its own identity.

The Seven Great Families

Fils du Kraken
A people of sailors, navigators and warriors, the Fils du Kraken made the sea their domain. Maritime trade brought them wealth and opened their world to distant horizons, while their warriors learned to fight both above and beneath the waves.

Chevaucheurs de Dragons
Born from the encounter between Dwarfs and dragons, the seventh family holds a unique place within the Confederation. Its warriors fight alongside creatures with whom they learned to communicate and forge bonds that no one could once have imagined possible.

Graindorge
The grain forged their destiny. Farmers and stewards of the realm’s fertile lands, the Graindorge built their power upon harvests, trade and an economic influence that, over the centuries, also became political.

TaillePierre
Architects, builders and masters of stone, the Taille-Pierre have shaped many of the fortresses and infrastructures of the Dwarven world. Where others see a mountain, they are already imagining what they could build inside it.

Hurlevent
Descendants of ancient nomadic warriors once feared for their raids, the Hurlevent learned to evolve with their world. Yet their history remains deeply marked by warfare, the wilderness and a ferocity they have never entirely abandoned.

Guardians of the Peaks
Born in the highest mountains of the Dwarven realm, the Guardians of the Peaks were shaped by the cold, patience and an unwavering sense of duty. Masters of camouflage and operations in hostile environments, they rank among the finest scouts, commandos and bodyguards of the Dwarven people.

Foyer Ardent
Blacksmiths and masters of metalworking, the Foyer Ardent uphold a tradition that has accompanied the Dwarven people for centuries. Weapons, armour and machines emerge from their workshops, where knowledge is passed down from one generation to the next.

Miniatures. Characters. A Story.

The Huge Army of Dwarfs is more than a collection of miniatures.

Every miniature can represent a fragment of this universe: a simple Dwarf recruit, an elite warrior, a vehicle, a specialised unit or one of the characters whose adventures gradually shape the history of the Confederation.

The miniatures and vehicles are designed for collectors, painters and gamers, with the ambition of creating a range in which the products and the Lore evolve together.

Some stories will explain the origins of a unit.
Some miniatures will give birth to a story.

And sometimes, a simple detail spotted on a miniature will only reveal its true meaning much later…
