Small, fast and formidable, the Cricket V1 is an assault jet developed by dwarf engineers for lightning-fast precision strikes against enemy armoured units. True to its name, the Cricket moves in coordinated squadrons, performing a buzzing aerial ballet that overwhelms the enemy with its speed and concentrated firepower.
This V1 model, the first generation of the series, is optimised for hunting heavy armoured vehicles. Its main armament consists of two wing-mounted missile racks, each containing a salvo of hollow-point projectiles designed to penetrate the reinforced hulls of tanks or mobile fortifications. The firing modules are intelligent, capable of designating and adjusting their trajectory in mid-flight to hit priority targets with surgical precision.
Its compact, angular fuselage, inspired by the shells of underground beetles, incorporates light but dense armour, ensuring a certain resistance to shrapnel and infantry fire while maintaining exceptional manoeuvrability. When flying in formation, the Crickets create a visual and sonic saturation effect, disorienting automatic defence systems.
With a single pilot assisted by a miniature tactical cogitator, the Cricket V1 can execute tight turns, vertical dives and collective evasive manoeuvres, making it a nightmare for slow or unresponsive anti-aircraft systems.
